Weekly Energy Forecast: You’re Already in Motion — Let Yourself Receive

This week’s energy carries a very different tone to what many of us are used to navigating.

There’s no bracing.

No standing at the edge.

No “should I or shouldn’t I?” moment hanging in the air.

The image that keeps coming through for me is this:

You are already on the slide.

Not at the top.

Not hesitating.

Not working yourself up to something.

You are already moving.

And what’s interesting about that image is how often we forget what it actually feels like to be in motion after the decision has been made. We’re so accustomed to preparing, anticipating, and emotionally managing change that when we’re finally in it — when the shift has already happened — we don’t always recognise it.

This week is about that recognition.

It’s about realising that the moment you thought you were waiting for has already arrived — and now the only thing left to do is allow yourself to experience it.

The Energy of “After”

Most people spend an extraordinary amount of emotional energy in the before.

Before the conversation.

Before the decision.

Before the change.

Before the courage.

Before things finally feel different.

We hold ourselves in tension there. We rehearse. We worry. We imagine every possible outcome. We try to control how we’ll feel once we get to the other side.

You don’t need to rush past this moment.

You don’t need to minimise it.

You don’t need to earn it again.

Let the benefits land.

It’s important to say this clearly: not everyone will experience this week in the same way.

Instead of trying to control outcomes, you may notice things resolving without your intervention.

Notice where you’re trying to make something happen because you don’t trust that it will.

And then soften there.
