You’d lie on the couch with a cup of tea.
You’d stare at the ceiling, unsure of what you feel, but knowing something has shifted.
That’s this week.
The universe is not ignoring you.
It’s preparing something for you.
But your job right now is not to help.
It’s to wait.
Why This Energy Feels So Uncomfortable (Especially for High Achievers)

This is the sacred pause before the shift.

When we’ve been emotionally cracked open, it takes time for the light to filter through the break.
Healing doesn’t happen during the release.
It happens in the stillness after the release.

You don’t know what the next sentence is.
So you stop.
You wait.
You breathe.
That’s this week.
The Universe is writing the next part of your story.
And it’s writing it in ink you can’t see yet.
Your job is to keep the page open.
Not to scribble something random just to fill space.

Your emotions have moved.
Your heart is opening.
And your next chapter is already being wrapped and prepared.
But like all beautiful things, it’s not ready to be revealed yet.
Let the mystery hold you.
Let your body rest.
Let your heart be tender.
You’re not falling apart.
You’re falling into alignment.
