“I wanted to let you know how I've been feeling since last I saw you. On Saturday after I left I felt really empowered and excited but also on the verge of tears too. I slept for 2 or so hours. When I woke from my sleep I felt massaged, I felt happy, I felt relaxed and wait for it..... CALM. I didn't realise how estranged I was from calm. I can't quite pinpoint loosing my calm but it has been long gone at least for 12 months - possibly longer in truth.

I also felt a without. Not a loss or anything but an obvious without. I have been thinking about the without feeling and the only way I can describe it is that the constant niggle within my head, within my essence was gone (is gone). Honestly I understand the true implication of having a weight lifted off my shoulders.... (That saying only had meaning for me after a hair cut). I like this kind of without and I like feeling calm and feeling possibility.

I think the work that you do is incredible. I wish I had an intuitive ability that I could tune into people and help them (to help me also with trusting my own judgement). This is a huge area of interest for me. I am especially more so interested because I feel as though you've reached me like no one else has (and I truly thank you).
